What account types do you offer?
Blockstar offers both free and paid accounts on our site.
The Free Hosting Plan offers you a free hosted website along with 25mb of storage and 500mb of bandwidth. We will display advertising on Free Hosting Plan websites. If you do not want advertising on your website, upgrade to the Superstar Hosting Plan.
The Superstar Hosting Plan offers you 100mb of storage, 3gb of monthly bandwidth, your own domain name, no advertising on your website, and will cost $49.99 for 6 months.
How do I change my personal information?
You can change your personal information on the Personal Information page which is found in the Edit Your Account section.
The following information can be changed in this section:
Name
Email address
Address/Location
Phone Number
Birthday
Gender
Optin Status
How do I change my billing information?
You can change your billing information on the Billing Information page which is found in the Edit Your Account section.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password on the Change Password page which is found in the Edit Your Account section.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, then you can reset it by visiting our Password Reset page. We will email a new password to the email address on your account.
How do I opt out?
Your optin preferences are stored on the Personal Information page in the Edit Your Account section. To opt out, uncheck the optin box located at the bottom of the page.
How do I cancel my account?
If you want to cancel your account, email help@blockstar.com, and tell our customer service department that you want to cancel your account.
If you have the Superstar Plan, please realize that you have already paid for a full six months of service, and no refunds will be granted should you cancel before that time is up.
Should you want to keep your account up to your expiration date, but not have it renew, please specify that in your email to us.
