Can I have more than one account per computer?
Yes you can. You will need to close the software and login again in order to access your other account.
What are the requirements to run your software?
The website building software runs on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. Your computer needs to have the Java Runtime Environment version 1.5 or higher installed, and you should have at least 256mb of RAM.
How do I know if I have the Java Runtime Environment?
You can check if your computer has the Java Runtime Environment by visiting the Sun's Java Check Page. That page will tell you whether you have the Java Runtime Environment installed on your computer or not.
How do I get the Java Runtime Environment?
Installation for the Java Runtime Environment version 1.5 is included in the installation of the website builder for free. If you do not have the Java Runtime Environment, then we will prompt you to install it during the installation of our software.
If you want to install the Java Runtime Environment yourself, then you can download it from java.com.
How long will your beta period last?
Our beta period will last as long as we need to fix bugs and make basic improvements to our service.
I have a bug to report.
If you have found a bug with either the website building software or with how we are hosting your website, then you can report it to bugs@blockstar.com.
Check our message boards to make sure that it is not a known bug that we are already working on.
Please be sure to include the following information:
- What the problem you encountered was.
- Where you ran into this problem.
- If there are any specific steps that trigger this problem, then please include them.
- What operating system and/or web browser you ran into this with.
Please include any additional information that you feel will help. The more you can provide us with, the easier it will be for us to identify and fix the problem.
